1. Cord or plug is damaged. Check your cable signal.
2. Network card damaged or incorrectly set (START - Setings - Control panel - System - Hardware - Device Manager - Network adapters - Realtec .... - Advanced - Link Speed/Duplex Mode - set to 10MB)
3. You may have a virus on your computer. Scan your computer with Malwarebites (Anti-Malware)
